Meter is operable and all speeds seem accurate though cosmetically there is very heavy brassing and wear throughout as seen in the photos.
The lens is free of fungus and oil but does have a good amount of dust, a dented filter ring and barrel wear.
Overall I'd rate the kit as a 6.5/10 overall.
